Podcast was good but think it would be better if you added a player to the blog rather than forcing a download.

I really like this -you have a clear voice which is easy to listen to, and, of course, the content is excellent.
The format you are using for these podcasts is presenting yourself as an expert in your field by answering questions to which your audience want the answers.
Many people want to do this, but don't have the same excellent presentation skills that you do.
So I have just started to offer myself as an interviewer to ask the questions in these sorts of podcasts. (I have an interview-type radio programme myself which is on cable, online and podcast).
If you, or anyone else, is interested in talking about using my services, please email me. I'm in the UK, but can do this telephonically anywhere.

Dr. Mani,
Great podcast, I really enjoyed the information on how to become an expert. The tips you gave were to the point without the fluff.
As Frasier Crane would say on his show...."I'm listening"
Good job!

Your subject matter and answers were excellent as always.BUT as to the podcast itself:
The music was to load and toward the end overrode you it also was not the type of music to go with a serious matter.
As to the talk itself you spoke to fast and to a US/Canadian such as my self your rather high pitched voice was some what difficult to understand, I think it a good idea for a professional to read it.
As a great fan of your's the above is only my ideas to help you.
Best regard
